We want you to be confident in your zAccess subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds for zAccess subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

  1. Visit the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net and sign in with the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Locate the transaction you would like refunded.
  3. Submit a refund request, or contact our team at support@zaccess.zentrinet.com and we will help you through the process.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).

After the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day window we don’t offer automatic refunds, but we will always look at exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis — including extended platform outages or billing errors. Reach out to us and we’ll work with you in good faith.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time via paddle.net. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
